Cancellation policy: 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty charges.
Cancellation policy may vary in case of long stays or multiple bookings. In case of cancellation on fully prepaid (long) stays, refund is granted only within 30 days advance written notice prior to arrival. No refunds on early check outs (considered as cancellations without the required advance notice).
According to the Florence City Council resolution nbr. 230/33 of 06/20/2011, from July 1st, 2011 the Municipality of Florence will apply the City Tax to be paid upon hotel check out by Clients on a nightly basis at € 5,00 PER PERSON PER DAY. City Tax is due for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Not included in the room rates. Children up to 10 years old are not subject to this tax.
